Beach side hospitality

I stayed at the Villa de Palmar. It was a beautiful property and our junior suite was spacious and clean. Andres, our beach side waiter was very attentive, friendly and hospitable. He was excellent and made our beach experience comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing vibes in cabo

This was one of the best trips i have taken to cabo! the service was amazing! armando helped us with a smooth check out process helping with our luggage. We will definitely continue to come here for all my future trips! 10/10!! they all bright the high vibes and ensured we had fun wile being safe!

Excellent Customer Service from Bell Desk to Front Sesk

Always enjoy our stay… VDP Staff are like family to us! Kudos to Elias who found my wallet in the shuttle cable car! From Rogelio at Front Desk to Edgar, Eferan, and whole Bell desk to Patricia at wonderful Bella Calfornia, to Myra at Fitness Center with great Spa discounts to excellent massage therapists like Laura and Adeline for deep tissue massage to Iris doing Swedish massage to Paty and Margarita at Arco’s Desert Spa front desk including Wilbur and Freddy as attendants. Awesome time at Villa del Palmar!!!

What an excellent experience!! Our adventures at Villa del Palmar were above and beyond our expectations. The ambience was very welcoming and reassuring. The food was exceptional and good variety. The facilities were clean and neat. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional; especially Wendy! She answered all our questions and was readily available. She was awesome. Thanks Wendy! Other staff members that were outstanding were Jose (Breakfrst) and Adriana, Delfino, and Lizzeth (Tomatillos).

Excellent Service

We spent a week at the resort and it had everything we needed right on site. We particularly loved the beachside service provided by Misael Guzman. He was excellent at ensuring we had all we could eat and drink as well as any chair or umbrella requests. We sat in his area three days and were never disappointed! Exceptional work Misael!
