    Activities with Ian

    Ian has been excellent in his role as the water activities director. He make sure everyone is safe and has a great experience on the water. He is very personable and willing to give his time to all the tourists. We have been here over a month and Ian is always avaliable and a great asset.

    Great experience!

    Luis was the best!! Margarita his boss was amazing! And the service was great!! They recommended a tour to see the a beach through boat and it was fantastic! The room gave a Mexican vibe, vibrant colors and the food was great! Pools and beaches were beautiful

    Perfect hospitality very friendly very kind everyone very respectful very attentive, Daniel pool service amazing guy and Luis Lopez with her boss Mago amazing guys, 10 at the 10 recommend will be back soon thanks to everybody in this resort

    A fabulous spot for a vacation

    We have been going to VDP Vallarta for many years now so it's really like going home. In addition to the friends we have made over the years the staff seem like family including Kenia from the front desk along with Melany, Ana, Monse, and the rest of the concierge staff, Alfedo the pool concierge, Sarah, Elizabeth and Santiago from UVC, Jaochim of the wait staff and last but certainly not least Luz Valente and Monse from the nightly turndown. You can never go wrong interacting with these fine people and too many others that I have failed to mention.
