This was our 5th time at the hotel and we are booked again for Nov. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the staff go above and beyond. A big thank you to Jair at the front desk for moving us to the 7th floor. We always have one of the gorgeous 1,730 sq. ft. one bedroom suites. Make sure you ask for a balcony divider - otherwise you will share the balcony with the adjacent B suite. We had breakfast daily at La Casona and had the pleasure of being waited on by Fabian, Lorena, Esmerelda and Carolyn. Lunches are served at La Parailla, and tend to be on the slow side in the busy season. That restaurant turns into the Blue Grill at night and the meals are first class especially the filet mignon. Bryant, Santana, Ricardo and Daniel deserve special mention. Jesus and Gabriel had our umbrella, chairs and towels ready for us every morning. We regularly visited the Flamingo hotel next door to sample their four restaurants, and also made good use of the lobby bar there. Maria always remembered our drink preferences and gave great service.

An enjoyable week in NV.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Estancia this year. This is our second time coming. The resort is immaculate. Very clean. Very very well-maintained. Very well looked after. No issues issues at all with the room although the air conditioning was a little louder than usual. We ate at Casona restaurant most nights. Live music every night and some mornings is a nice touch. However, breakfast offering seemed to have slipped in the last year. We also found the lunchtime service at the poolside restaurant to be quite slow. We were happy to be able to go to the sister hotel, flamingo for breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant. And the taco bar at the flamingo is much quicker and offers excellent food and service. Although service levels seem to have slipped a bit in the last year, we found some servers to be exceptional. For example, Jesús at the pool was very hard-working and accommodating. Also, Alfredo at the flamingo was another server that we want to specifically recognize. Eduardo at the Casona restaurant has an excellent singing voice and is a very kind person. At the end of the day, next time we come, we will seriously consider staying at the flamingo instead of Estancia. I’m not sure that the amenities and level of service at Estancia are worth it. .Flamingo pool is very fun and lively and overall, the service levels at the restaurants at flamingo were higher than what we experienced at Estancia. I really would also like to see the tipping function eliminated. This is quite annoying to pay an all inclusive rate and then have to sign a bill and include a tip for everything you eat or drink around here. Finally, the level of communication at Anastacia was lower than what we received when we stayed one night at the flamingo. For instance, before we arrived, I asked for a scale in the room and a lighted magnifying mirror for my wife in the bathroom. There was no response. Even when we asked at check-in for this to be provided, it never arrived. There are also some small little things like having a Pump for the bike and other amenities for people that like Cycling. While Estancia is very nice and we were happy here. I just think there are a few small details that are being missed.

Nice place for a vacation
We had an amazing time at Villa La Estancia. Our 2 bedroom room on the ground floor was clean, comfortable and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners at both restaurants. The food was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection at the buffet. We spent most of our time poolside. The drinks were tasty and varied and the lunch menu offered a good selection. The best part of Villa La Estancia is the staff. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful. As noted we spent most of our time poolside as such we would like to specifically mention Santana, our waiter, who kept us hydrated and fed as well as Jesus, the pool concierge, who is always friendly and constantly on the move to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Jesus is like a pool superhero - saving everyone’s vacation.

Great as always!
We had a great time at Estancia! As always this place was 5 star. There is always someone who just stands out for us. Someone who took the service to the next level and that was Jesus for sure this trip! What an amazing guy! He understands customer service! This guy will make your day and make you feel so cared for.

A Perfect Stay—Already Wishing We Stayed Longer!
My boyfriend, Max, and I stayed at La Estancia Riviera Nayarit from March 7-14, and it was practically a dream vacation. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ivan was there to assist us every day—he always secured the reservations we wanted and had amazing suggestions for things to do. He even made a point to find us at the pool to check in and ensure we were having the best time. Jesus and Daniel were also invaluable to our experience. They went out of their way to make sure we had seats by the pool, especially in the sun (which was perfect for someone like me who loves to lounge for hours). Their attentiveness truly made a difference. The food at the resort was excellent—we never got tired of the options. We also enjoyed the entertainment, including the night show, bingo, and jet skiing. Beyond that, the resort itself was immaculate. The cleanliness stood out, room service was quick, and the gym was never overcrowded. Another great touch was how safe we felt—the staff made sure to log taxi and Uber details before guests left the resort. I honestly don’t have a single complaint about this trip—everything was seamless. Normally, by the end of a long vacation, I’m ready to go home, but for the first time ever, I wished we could have stayed longer than seven days!
