Anniversary weekend
My wife and I had an amazing time at Villa Premiere. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff did an amazing job taking care of us. We celebrated our anniversary at a romantic dinner on the beach. The setup was fabulous, intimate and romantic. The food was really good. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend the experience. Paul did an outstanding job taking care of us at the pool. He helped us get a bed, ensured we had a relaxing day, made sure we had good drinks, and checked in on us every now and then to make sure we were doing well. …

Great Location
It's not advertised but they ask if you want to hear a 90 minute pitch about their "program" in return for some meager financial incentives. Do Not agree to the sales pitch! It was over 150 minutes! The facility is well-maintained, expertly cleaned, and nicely located. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They were nearly completely booked for our mid-December stay and it never felt too busy or crowded.

Ready for a return trip
We came to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate the retirement and birthday of a friend and the Villa Premier acted as home-base for much of the group. The property is a quick 20 minute Uber/taxi from the airport and sits on a nice stretch of beach that’s close to everything. The Villa is adults-only and has a small footprint which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is adult-only with the option of having access to the sister property next door (which is more family oriented) for more choices in bars, restaurants and entertainment. They have an all-inclusive option available that we did add but didn’t take full advantage of since we ended up spending so much time eating out in town. All rooms have an ocean view (some better than others but all are really nice). The food was excellent (drinks were a little on the tame side but it didn’t detract from the experience at all) and the staff/service was great. Veronica and Sandra were great in keeping our room clean and nice. Like other reviewers have noted, the hotel hits you with the sales pitch as soon as you finish checking in which, while expected, wasn’t overly intrusive. Thanks to Roberto (Cortes) for how he approached the process. The “this is not a timeshare” mantra was a bit overdone, but if you’ve ever owned one (we HATE timeshares and have been down that road twice - never again), what they’re selling is far from it. We had a really pleasant time with Carlos (from Sales) and ended up purchasing one of the vacation packages. It fit our requirements and we were satisfied with the price. We got an upgraded room as part of the deal and it honestly made the rest of the stay even better. Whenever my wife and I travel, if we enjoy the hotel/resort, we typically try to book the next visit before we leave; we enjoyed Villa Premier so much that we decided to lock in visits for at least the next 4-5 years! We are counting down the days until we book our next trip to Villa Premier and look forward to seeing everyone again!

Good property, but pay attention to booming all inclusive vs not.
Hotel and grounds are nicely kept, rooms are clean and mostly maintained, a few broken tiles or broken hinges but nothing major. Good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Food at the restaurants on site was decent, not the best I’ve had and not the worst. I will say portions are small and the menus are limited. Main reason for the 3/5 was upon checking in we were told we had booked the all inclusive option, which sounded right. After 2 days of eating and drinking thinking we were all inclusive they tracked us down and said “our mistake you aren’t all inclusive, here is your bill for $1000”, mind you the all inclusive would have been $500 for that same time period based on the daily rate of $125 they gave our single friend at check in. What was even more odd is they seemed very upset over the fact it took them a few hours to contact us (we had gone off property for dinner). Upon returning they said “there you are we’ve been looking for you, I apologized and said we were at dinner. The response was “really for 3 hours?” The tone was to suggest we were intentionally avoiding them or something. The whole all inclusive to not all inclusive felt like a big bait and switch. Wouldn’t have cared if they just said “our mistake we just need you to pay the extra $500 for all inclusive”

Nice and relaxing vacation
Great trip to Puerto Vallarta. The room was nice with a spacious balcony and the hotel did not feel overcrowded. We were always able to find a good seat by the pools. The staff was very helpful and nice. Paul the pool concierge made our stay so relaxing and fun! Food was all great as well.
