We were spoiled. From the moment we set foot on the property, everything was perfect. Met with a glass of champagne and a shoulder massage…and we hadn’t even checked in. The room was perfect and view spectacular. Hospitality and cleanliness was never a question. Thank you for a great week. And special thanks to Isirado, Andrea, Gerado, Alan, Noel, Frida and Victor. For the person overseeing our room, tremendous work! And who can forget PAUL. He had full control of the pool. He was very personable and attended to everyone’s needs. Villa Premiere is truly a great resort and is focused on taking care of their guests. Highly recommend VP. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Hotel in Best Location
Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms and suits right in the water. Lovely beach. Food and service excellent! Everyone smiling and wanting to help. I especially want to mention Javier and Enrique. They have made our 8 years at the hotel wonderful!

We love Villa Premiere!
Another wonderful stay! Paul, Alejandro, Javier, Adan, and Hugo always go above and beyond to provide excellent service. New Sports Bar La Perla has excellent beef tongue tacos. We vacation here repeatedly because the level of service is always the same.

Top Notch Downtown Resort
This resort has very good food. We are foodies, so this was important for us. The downtown location, is perfect for also walking to our favourite restaurants and the malecón. All of the staff have been amazing! Paul moved our umbrella throughout the day to keep us in the shade. The concierge, hostesses, bartender and servers were top notch. I will try to give a shout out to all of the staff worked hard to ensure we had a great trip- Jorge, Allan, Victor, Alejandro, Cesar, Roxanna, Andrea, Gabriela were all top notch. Stephania one of the concierge was very helpful when I lost my pashmina, and when searching for a gift for a friend. The almost daily live musicians playing was a very special touch, which we really enjoyed. We also love having an ocean view to watch the sunrises and listening to the ocean. How the resort was built, all of the rooms have a view. The nightly turndown service with a chocolate on your pillow, was also a nice touch. It was easy to get a chair by the pool, since you could only save a chair for one hour. This eliminated people saving chairs and going back to bed. The gym is small; one of the treadmills didn’t work, and I wish they would have yoga mats for stretching. But it was nice to have access to a gym.

Great location, amazing service
The hotel and facilities were very well kept and clean. The service was amazing. All the staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Every room has an ocean view and just a few steps from the pool deck is the beach. Villa Premiere is also within walking distance of the Malcone boardwalk.
