    Amazing March Week!

    We are on our last day at Viva Maya! What a wonderful vacation!!! The grounds are beautifully kept! The staff superb! The front desk folks Allan & Renato great! Hilda our housekeeping excellent!! Dr. Carla, who was a tremendous help, with my partner’s back issue was a God sent!!!! We tried all the a la carte restos - all were excellent!! Buffet - tons of options - nothing missing! The snack bar was great pizza, hot dogs, amazing burgers, salad bar! Bartenders kept those drinks flowing! Waiters at all the restaurants & buffet were amazing & very attentive!! Animation - Wow!! Great energy, great team!! Tons of beach chairs! Pool area was great! Adult pool area was a great to have! Cafe Maya - juices, coffees, smoothies - delicious!! We opted for a private transfer from Kuluba transportation - best choice! Martin was a wonderful driver! We are Club Viva members, so we did have some extra perks! All in all a wonderful trip despite the experience at Dorval airport on Tuesday March 25th which left us missing our 8am flight & having to wait for the 4:45pm flight!

    Viva Mexiko at Viva Maya

    The service and staff was really good and nice, especially our waiters Victor and Daniel. All in all, we had a really good time at Viva Maya and we can recommend staying here. Something that could be improved is that there is a seperation between club members and normal guests.

    All Round great Place

    Viva Maya is beautifully located in a high end very safe neighborhood with luxury homes. The beach was great and all staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and entire hotel was very clean and bright. Morning yoga was a great way to start the day and was led by the energetic and professional Deb Taylor from NRG2GO. The food was great in the buffet and a la carte restaurants and we will definitely go again!

    Rest and Relaxation with lots of Fun Activities

    What a great place. My husband and I went for a week-long vacation and it was excellent. The food was awesome. My very sensitive stomach was just fine and lots of variety. The 3 restaurants we went to were delicious. The activities team made it really fun. We're very active so we took part in all of it. Aqua-yoga was a great little water workout with Hazel. Deb Taylor from NRG2GO was a guest yoga instructor and she was really great. I did yoga on the beach every morning at 9:30am, a perfect time, and started the day off beautifully. Deb also lead a stretch on the beach and that was another fantastic stretch activity time that my husband really liked too. Our room was big, bright and clean. The staff were helpful and kind. We will definitely go back to Viva Maya.

    Another wonderful 10 day stay!

    We have been VIVA CLUB Members for approximately 25yrs. We have never been disappointed. The service has always been superb in the members' dining room (especially Victor and Maximo). Cleaning staff pay close attention to every detail. Whenever we had questions, we received prompt responses. It's nice to be recognized by the same staff year after year. Viva!!
