After reading some of the reviews before we left , i was alittle apprehensive, but much to our delight the resort was excellent ! All the staff were very friendly , always smiling and greeting you and willing to help. The buffet was excellent ! large variety for even the most pickiest eaters, . We did not do any of the ala carte as we were quite happy with the buffet with all it variety. Entertainment / performers were suberb !! Loved the Michael Jackson show and loved the silent disco pop !!!! We only had one red flag day . Beach was very good . The vendors on the beach can be annoying but were very polite and got the hint. The pool is great they had games, contests in the pool and a foam party was a hit !!! There is an adult only pool on the property which was great to sun-bathe and read a book. Rooms were clean we always had hot water and wifi worked everywhere even on the beach !! There is only one main bar but the staff were excellent in keeping up with the orders!!! We had an excellent time and we will be back next year ! Thank you Viva Tanergine !!! We also took a private tour @jahcartours on instagram .....if you want a private tour Jahaziel is your man !! He will take you anywhere you want , be your translator, historian , take pictures ,video of your tour. " Smiley " is a perfect gentleman , proud of his country , and will show you a fabulous tour !!!

First time in Viva Tangerine with great experience.
After some not good reviews we still decide to come to Viva Tangerine at first timers Price for 2 weeks was very good. We still enjoying our stay in building 40 ( Ocean view) for 2 weeks. WiFi is strong on our balcony, but slow from time to time inside the room. In the lobby is very fast all the time. Room is clean always, beds are comfy. Hot water we have almost always, but not constant. Food is very good for the price we paid. Wine will be good only at a la carte restaurants, but beer is good always. A la carte restaurant Melt is our favourite. Very nice that this resort has self service coffee available from 6am till 5pm it’s great and easy. Cannot say anything about bar, we didn’t use it. We still have 4 days to stay and hope nothing will change. Definitely will be back in April again.

Beautiful Beach Vacation
We were very happy at this resort. Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Nordy from vacation club was great getting our drinks to us at our pool chairs! Would highly recommend and say hi to Nordy! Patricia in the Cafe is also great. She gives free coffee! Lol

Nordy from the bar vacations club excellent service is the best always smile very kind remember watt avery Customer like to drink speake good english for my 10 times at the hotel it is always good to see back Nordy very polite Does the best capuchinos in town
