Nov 18, 2024The food at this resort is not the best. I went a few days out of 14 with very little to eat because the food was not very good
The entertainment staff at this resort are some of the most unprofessional staff I have seen at any resort in the Dominican. I travel to Dominican 3 to 4 times a year , and this is the first time at this resort. I won't be coming back. The entertainment staff are only there to play with each other like school children . They start pool workouts and leave the people in the pool waiting while they play and argue about what music to play. On the weekends they open the resort to the locals which is fine I get it , more business for the resort. BUT they cater only to the locals . All weekend they play loud music lots of pool games etc. But when they leave at the end of the weekend they stop playing any music at all even when we asked them to turn it on they say ya ya and don't turn it on. The bartenders and other staff are all exceptional. But something should be done about the entertainment staff.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. (Joan with great smile). Kerin is exceptional in making sure you’re satisfied with room. Blondy is always ready to chit chat as he patrols the pool. Makes you feel valued as a guest. All bar and restaurant staff very nice. Our room was very clean and beds and pillows the best I’ve had in a resort. The entertainment team are awesome and numerous. Lots of fun activities. The buffet is the only disappointment, very similar items every day. The à la carte restaurants are good. There is a supermarket across the street which is very practical. All in all a great week. Thank you Viva staff for making us feel so welcomed.

This is great show, food , crew , the dancers were exelent , came ,from santo domingo to know this beatyfull resort, and was the great show ever staf de animación como nutella mui buen chico como los Demas piry y wuinei laba smila mui con tentó con esos chicos beby mui amable chalaca picachu blak liom mui buen de portista 💪💪💪

Esperienza fantastica! Torneremo!
Amazing experience at Viva Tangerine. The room was absolutely stunning, and even though during our permanence there was a bit of rain, everything was wonderful and enjoyable, thanks especially to the presence of the "sportista" Valerio Chirieletti who was really amazing!! A special shoutout to bartender Francis, whose incredible cocktails truly impressed us. The location is gorgeous, the front-facing room was superb, and the place is very peaceful when needed. Highly recommended!

Great all-inclusive resort experience
Very nice Wyndam resort! We had a great time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Jesus, Ramos and Wiesbert who went above and beyond with service! The all inclusive took care of us from when we entered to when we left. I enjoyed the variety of foods each day and endless drinks! My only complaint is we could not get wifi in our room and very weak signal on the balcony but ok on the grounds and around the resort. I would definitely stay at Viva again.
