Jan 28, 2025Fine Waikiki Hotel off the beach
Very handsome hotel, well-maintained and spotless. We stayed there to attend Cirque du Soleil, which is on the premises. It was a lovely short visit. The hotel is on the north side of the main street, while the hotels directly on the beach are on the south side of the street. It is a good location, but you should be aware you will not have direct beach access from the hotel.

Amazing service from Kristina!!
Kristina’s front desk service at the Outrigger Hotel was exceptional and left a lasting impression on every guest she interacted with. From the moment I walked through the doors, she greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm, instantly making me feel at ease. She was not only attentive to my needs but went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was seamless. Kristina took the time to explain the hotel amenities, provide helpful recommendations for local dining, and even gave me a map to navigate the area. Her knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding attractions was impressive, and her willingness to assist with any special requests made my stay even more enjoyable. Best hospitality!
This is my most favorite hotel in Waikiki. Everytime when I check in, I feel I'm back to my place! Especially if Kristina is there with her big smile, it makes me feel so warm. This time, Yuki helped me to check in, and she is so genuine and helpful! Also great customer service! Yuki and Kristina show you such a great hospitality for sure! I'll be back soon, and no doubt, we'll stay here again! Mahalo

The best!
This is my 5th stay at this hotel, and I cant say anything else than that I love it! Front clerk, Kristina, is always kind and welcomes us with her big smile! There is a nice cafe to enjoy breakfast at, the location of the hotel makes it easy to access basically anywhere. This is my place in Waikiki.

The view of the beach was splendid. Got to do some work on the porch and get a nice tan. Thank you for getting us a great place Kristina. Very simple room that does its job. Interior was reasonably clean and decorated nicely. Some people may mind how loud the AC system is but after a day full of walking we slept soundly through the sound. Wi-fi and breakfast deal felt a little stingy but I guess if you’re out most of the day it doesn’t hurt. The limit on devices the speed being slow for wi-fi, and the limited breakfast options/tickets contributed to this. The staff were all very friendly, no complaints at all about the people we met. Cleaning staff, cafe, front desk, entrance staff near escalator— all were there to do their job with diligence and they delivered.
