Best service, best food, best people! They really treat you like family and make sure you’re always taken care of and happy. They made our stay special and constantly checked if we needed anything. Salvador and Diego made breakfast fun every morning!

Best of the best
We have stayed at many Waldorf Astoria properties and this was the very best. The property is beautifully maintained and filled with gorgeous views. We were upgraded to a truly incredible villa that exceeded all expectations. The private plunge pool, nightly delivery of chips/guac and Coronas were a great touch. But what really sets this experience apart is the service. This is true five-star treatment. The staff is not just responsive — they are proactively looking for ways to make your experience the best it can be. While many staff members contributed to our stay, it was Francisco the concierge who went above and beyond for us. From setting up our transportation to setting up our dinner reservations at Farallon and our Tequila tasting experience, he attended to every detail. He texted to check in on us throughout the trip and just took it over the top. This is a property that we hope to visit again and again. Thank you Francisco and team!

We have visited this property multiple times over the years. Unfortunately after our last trip, it will be are last one there. I will start off by saying the service overall by the staff was very good. We had a butler included in our villa which was very helpful and he remained attentive throughout our stay. Our villa however (2 bedroom) was located in an area that was only accessible by stairs. We had a stroller which made it difficult to manage and get around. I can’t imagine if someone had a wheelchair. I would absolutely keep this in mind when booking. Our butler made it as easy as he could for us but something as simple as going back and forth to the room required communication and constant assistance as there were multiple flights of stairs. We did Inquire about moving rooms as we were unaware of this accessibility issue until we arrived and ultimately they could not relocate us simply said we needed to contact them whenever we needed to go upstairs. An inconvenient situation given the extreme cost of our villa. Additionally the location of the villas boarders the resort next door (I can’t recall the name of the hotel but it is directly beside the Waldorf) so while in one bedroom of the room you could hear loud music from the pool playing next to the resort particularly in the afternoon. Again, something to keep in mind if you are looking at the Villas and seeking quiet. This had not been an issue for us in the past as we stayed on the opposite side of the resort. The food quality absolutely has gone downhill. I imagine they did this for cost saving purposes but it is not the same. Something to consider once again with the rising costs at the property. Getting chairs by the pool is competitive and prepare to be down there by 7am at the latest to reserve. Even after tipping we were repeatedly tracked down that they could only sit empty for 45minutes. Again, with the amount of money you are spending at this resort especially in a villa and not have a seat by the pool is crazy. I know this is common on vacation but wanted to point it out as people appeared very disappointed daily. The property is very well kept and maintained. Zero birds, critters, minimal bugs - that is a positive. Everything was kept extremely clean! The spa is very nice. Easy to get appointments. Overall, It was a disappointing stay at the Waldorf Pedregal. With the amount of money we spent we very easily could have considered one of the other resort destinations in Cabo such as the new Four Seasons, One&Only, etc., In the future we will. We visit cabo on average 3x per year so we will certainly be bringing our money elsewhere.

Impeccable hospitality
The service was impeccable. It was truly 5 star hospitality. Our butler, Carlos, was beyond attentive and so kind to our family. We have 6 kids and Carlos couldn’t fo more for each of our kids. We will miss our stay at the stunning Waldorf in Cabo, but plan to go back and of course, ask for Carlos!

Truly amazing
We have gone to this property twice this past year. It has been nothing short of amazing. Carlos our butler during our stay was phenomenal. He was so kind and helpful with everything. Also, Sergio, Ivan and the entire staff at the beach club were amazing. Honestly, the entire staff is really amazing. Highly recommend staying at this property if you ever get the chance either with family or for a romantic getaway
