  Fabulous 6 night getaway!

  Beautiful location! Room was on the 15th floor - corner balcony. Amazing! The staff was all kind and helpful. We ate breakfast everyday and it was fabulous. Fresh omelette - well stocked. Bartenders were awesome and the lobster shack is very close for an extra special meal. We could not have asked for more for our kids nights away. We met a lot of interesting nice people.

  Snack bar

  We had Virgina serve us at the lunch bar by the pool! She was amazing and so attentive to our family the entire time. It was a great place to grab a bite after a day in the sun. Such great service and I can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Cozumel.

  Quiet First Class Resort

  This was our first and our adult children’s second time to visit The Westin Cozumel. We were impressed with all the amenities and the outstanding staff. Javier the concierge was there to greet us and check us in as return guests. What a pleasant happy person. We opted for the all inclusive package. Great food and service including most drinks. We chose the Buffet breakfast which included lots of choices and different coffees. Food was good including omelettes or choice of multiple egg dishes prepared fresh. Multiple fruits and hot dishes lined the counters with breads, muffins and doughnuts. We spent a considerable of time at the roof top pool. The loungers really need soft cushions is my only complaint. Starting at noon drinks and food could be ordered at the bar to be delivered to where you were seated. The bartenders Jorge and Osvaldo at (Roof Top Pool)Sky Lounge took excellent care of us. The snack bar menu had a good selection with chicken wings or bites, burgers, tacos, papitas, French fries and more. On our last day we waited at the beach bar near the pool and our servers, Vicky and Alex provided everything we asked for including the same snack bar menu. Dinner was either at Gaviotas or Cuzamil restaurants. Lots of Mexican dishes to choose from. The service and food were awesome. Special Staff Mentions: Some staff worked at both restaurants or bars: (what a team) Concierge: Javier Servers: Joseph, Carmen, Belem, Joaquin, Ananise, Javier, Gusta, Miguel Lobby Bartenders: Facunda, Wilder, Hilario, Jorge Pool Bartenders: Jorge, Osvaldo Front Desk: Reyes, Carlos (Manager) We loved our rooms on the fifteenth floor with a balcony and the best sunset views. The beds and pillows were of Bonvoy quality and the housekeeping was excellent. We went for several walks down the beach from behind the restaurant and along the street on the paved sidewalks. We will definitely have a return visit.

  Spa

  Hydro therapy & Massages with Ruth, Sara & Gullian were amazing!! I booked a service for my two daughters and myself and we all had an incredible experience. Our massage therapists found our sore neck, back & shoulder muscles and worked them out. Highly recommend treating yourself!

  Exceptional hotel/resort with beautiful rooms, views, white sand beach, snorkeling and outstanding food and service.

  Exceptional hotel and resort. Every room clean, fresh and modern each with spectacular sea view. The white sand beach is perfect for snorkeling and food is very good. Whatever it costs to stay here, you will not be disappointed. The service is excellent as well. Nice rooftop pool with stunning views and a bar. Very quiet and peaceful, no loud music but plenty of nice people and the outdoor pool is heated and wonderful. A+ hotel.
