Gilbert is awesome at the front desk .Sam, Ricardo Javier and Carlos also Fernando, Jerzo, Juan and the concierge bellboy crew funny helpful and informative Vicki in the patio crew was fast friendly and so sweet Oscar capitan love him! He runs a great group margarita Belem Diana and Carmen. And the whole breakfast staff were wonderful Magdalena 14th floor maid was proficient sweet and accommodating Fuccando and wilder my favorite bar tenders Capitan nite restaurant, Joaquin a plus I forgot their names but the bartenders in the outside restraunt were good too All and all they r like family we’ve been there many times and it’s our second home

Just returned from a 5 night stay. Hotel is nice with great ocean view rooms. AC in room was coldest ever had in Mexico and the beds were comfy. We did not do all inclusive but did breakfast only as we like to eat at the local restaurants. Breakfast was good and drinks weren’t too expensive. Only negatives are they could use more beach chairs and umbrellas and more chairs at both pools. Also the fountain in the lobby seemed to have an odor. Not sure if needs chlorine but it did cause a smell when in the lobby at times. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would return.

Great Spa experience!
Stay for a week. They do have a great snorkeling spot on their beach area. Went for a massage and a body wrap in their Zazil spa and no regrets. Sara and Ruth did my massage and body wrap. They are both great. They made the experience more relaxing. Also, I love their product that I ended up asking them what they use and did my research. Very satisfied with their service and products. Thank you so much

Wonderful Visit!
Too many awesome people at this resort. Efran at the pool bar is a gem and a great ambassador of the Westin hotel chain. The room are awesome, food exceptional. Could use permanent umbrellas on the beach to avoid blowing wind. The staff at both restaurants are as nice as could be and a treasure for sure.

Adds More Relaxation to Paradise.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the spa. It was a pleasant birthday gift. The chocolate wrap was very relaxing and appreciated by all of the senses. The staff all were so pleasant. Nadine was firm yet gentle. I would offer one correction, and that is, the rooms were too cold, so this interrupted my relaxation at times. I would highly recommend Nadine and the facility.
