    Our Home Away from Home

    Maui has always been like a second home to us. When our twins were younger, we used to visit at least once a year. We enjoyed it so much that we invested in a timeshare at the Westin Kaanapali North villas and later upgraded to the Westin Nanea. We don’t make it to Maui as often as we used to but each time now is still as special as before. The Nanea staff consistently makes us feel at home. We love that our villa is stocked with a full kitchen where we could enjoy home-cooked meals during our stay.

    Not that great.

    This was our first time there. Pool area is too small for the quantity of rooms. Not near enough loungers. There is plenty of room for more pools. They instead have koi ponds. Salesman actually told us koi ponds are there to have less maintenance. They have two separate very, very small pools that look like cages. Entire layout of resort is poorly done. Most rooms do not have an ocean view. Westin charges $25.00 per day to have one lounger on the beach. Westin charges $35.00 per day for one small umbrella on the beach. We bought a half gallon of milk at their convenient store. Westin charges $12.75 for that. Westin organization should be ashamed. We will not go back.

    First Time

    This was our 4th trip to Maui in the last 10 years. The previous 3 stays were with The Westin Resort and Spa just minutes away. We truly enjoyed the Villas with all the amenities and would love to return. The staff and crew were amazing as well as the restaurants available.

    Great family resort

    A great family resort. Spacious rooms - all well appointed. Facilities are great and the staff is all very welcoming and helpful. Beach is beautiful and lots of dining opportunities within close proximity. Will be back again next year for the fourth year in a row.

    Beautiful hotel! Will definitely return

    We loved staying at the Westin Nanea. The rooms and the views were gorgeous. The pool service was incredible. We were able to use the pools at their sister resort next door Westin Kaanapali and while my kids loved the slides there, the pool waiter service was sparse. I had to hunt the waiter down many times. We def prefer the smaller more intimate nature of Nanea
