    Last day of a Panama tour. Nice hotel to end a great trip.

    Excellent hotel! Food was top notch and drinks great. Hotel is beautiful and excellent location. Staff welcoming, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Would highly recommend. Piano bar inviting. Evening dinner was so well presented. Actually had a room with a view!

    Upgrade

    This is not an affordable hotel. Probably because it’s the only option in this specific part of town, more business oriented than tourism. The upgrade to the business suit was great and the room is super nice with all the amenities you’ll need. Service was also great and probably the first time I was offered a complementary upgrade proactively at check-in. Hope to return.

    Nice hotel at a very desirable location

    I have stayed at many different Marriott hotels in Panama City, Panama area and the Westin at Costa del este has become my favorite now. In addition to the hotel amenities, location is what makes this hotel more desirable. It is within walking distance from many shops and restaurants. It has lots of curbside area perfect for walking/jogging. It is important to point out that compared to Panama City, Costa del este has much better infrastructure since it has been built 20 years ago. I would highly recommend Westin Panama.

    Just an amazing staff time and time again!

    Wow, where do I begin? The staff in this hotel never ceases to amaze me. My wife and I just went through three days of hell with United airlines, lost luggage, same clothes for three days, just horrible as usual with the airlines. When I walked into the lobby two of the front desk people recognized us by name, asked how we were doing and managed to upgrade us to a suite. Then at the restaurant the host and our waiter greeted us by name. We only stay here 6-8 days per year but they always remember us. As always, I know I sound like a broken record, I am completely amazed at this place. If you need a hotel coming or going from the airport don’t screw around, stay at this Westin!

    Wonderful stay with my wife!

    Beautiful hotel in a nice business area. Restaurants, markets, and Starbucks nearby. We got the renewal suite, which was wonderful, and had a spa tub in the room, and a separate 1/2 bathroom. Hot water, great food in the on-site restaurant, and we enjoyed the pool. Only minor downside was a little mold came out of the spa jets when first turned on.
