    Say hello to Franklin....!

    This hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean, with...Best of all...the most helpful, kind, proactive and thoughtful staff. Franklin especially went above and beyond consistently...sharing his knowledge generously, anticipating customers needs, and meeting them. From taking photos for clients, managing luggage, recommending local restaurants, he especially made my stay run smoothly. Everyone else was lovely, big smiles, it really felt like a happy team which is so relaxing Breakfast was superb, and a brilliant opportunity to try Panamanian specialities. Even better, these changed daily, so became a dieters nightmare! Thanks to the chefs and servers. The area around the hotel seemed safe. The only potential slight issue was getting an uber back to the hotel from the old town due to traffic. Im reliably informed that was due to a dignitarys visit. I really hope to visit again, and would recommend the hotel to you wholeheartedly. Enjoy!

    Leeann made me feel very welcome.

    Very comfortable stay, close to the office. Upon check-in my travel agency payment wasn’t received but Leeann at the front desk was very accommodating, it was after hours and we wouldn’t be able to reach anyone till the next day. She graciously checked me in (as a repeat customer) and had everything sorted by the time I saw her the next day. I was tired from the journey; so this professional and welcoming touch was much appreciated. I also sprang for the business suite which I enjoyed, lots of room for rest and yoga and artwork which I like to do when on the move. Free happy hour for the suite was fun and generous. Thank you.

    Just right for our trip!

    Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and the location is excellent for short excursions. The only minor issue is that the is only one choice for breakfast which is a full buffet at more cost than we normally spend for breakfast. There are restaurants very close by that help for choices though. We would definitely stay here again.

    A Canadian review

    This Westin Hotel exceeded my Hotel experiences. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The rooms and hotel were clean. The Hotel Manager Andrea Gonzalez was amazing. Her choice for Eric at reception made an excellent difference with his attention to detail. The Spa operated by Liz was spot on. The true highlight was the restaurant Costa Nova in this Hotel. The Captain Gerardo Mosquera was top of his game. He is the reason the food there was fantastic. A great leader for an awesome team at Costa Nova. Visit this Westin Hotel and you will enjoy.
