Niky from entertainment
I had an awesome time with Niky from entertainment at the perch he let us play music we wanted and brought the energy we needed at night. Definitely my favorite worker there! My friends all also loved him and he was my partner in spikeball on the beach which was a blast. Thank you Niky!

Windjammer Landing is heaven on earth
I have been staying at windjammer for over 20 years and this place is by far heaven on earth. I stay here twice a year and all I can say is the the staff go above and beyond to make your stay nothing less than magical. I’d like to give special shout outs to the following staff who have become like family to me: Jessica Francis and Cynarra Theodore in the Private Residence Club. Rortania - Ambassador Nazarelda - front desk Zinzanni - front desk Valerie - house keeping Omani - Jammers Restaurant Miguel - Rervations Definitely talk to Jessica and Cynara about a time share. Windjammer Landing gets 6 Stars from me!!

Great Staff
We had not been to Windjammer for a few years and have just returned from a wonderful holiday. We book based on the water sports but in reality a holiday is made by the people who run the activities. And Gordon runs a great water sports team; Mario, Junior, Denver, Anthony/Gray, Howard, JN Marl, Jenson, and if I have missed any of the team off this list I am sorry. The food has really improved a lot from a few years ago. The Dragon fly restaurant has a lovely view, see attached photo. Martina was a warm hearted waitress and Martinez was really professional in the Upper Deck. Live music every night gave a great feel. One tip, book ALL INCLUSIVE. We look forward to returning again for a 6th visit.

Poor room refresh service
Room refresh service is very poor - each day since we arrived - we have had to complain or chase for basic room requirements - coffee - milk - towels - not to mention two requests for a kettle ( still waiting ) Each time we raise an issue the reception is very helpful- but follow up service is hit and miss.

Vacation in St. Lucia
I enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff was as accommodating as they could be. The food was fine, although at the end it seemed as the food options were the same. I was told in the beginning of my stay there that the menu is changed every night, but it didn't seem so to me. The weather was wonderful despite the occasional rain. The only downfall was the Piton hike I chose. It was my first planned tour. I asked the excursion kiosk agent, Kizzi how was it. She told me that she did it and I "can do it". I like to hike and did it in multiple places in the past. The hike turned out to be very difficult and strenuous. Hiking guides are provided. Some guides are more caring and some are not so. I got who was not so in the beginning. She, the guide, was not very happy that I was at my speed to go up the Piton mountain. She does it every day and sometimes twice per day as she told me. She was way faster me. She was not very helpful in guiding me the best way to take a step, but she warned me that it will get more difficult as we continue walking up the path. On the question what would happen if I ran out of water, she scolded me saying that I was supposed to take 1.5 L water with me. I explained that I took 2.4 L. I saw how some other guides were interacting with the hikers and it was very different. I felt more comfortable asking questions and get support from them when I could. I was able to get to the top of the trail/mountain but half way going down I needed help to get to the starting point due to heat and exhaustion. My guide told me that some people don’t make it to the top and she mentioned about rare deaths the occurred there. She said that people coming to the hike are not aware about the difficulty level of the the trail as this is more of a rock climbing than hiking and the agents at the resorts that sell it don’t make it clear for the people how difficult it is. I sprained my achilles tendon as well. Needed to recover till the end of my vacation and cancelled the rest of the tours. Choose wisely.
