    Amazing vacation

    The villas are beautiful. The views are amazing. The water is bright blue and brilliant. The staff was so helpful and responsive. As an example, my daughter got the wrong meal sent to her for breakfast and the manager Rory made eggs and toast for her in the villa kitchen! Amazing vacation and we will be back.

    A slice of heaven

    Out of all the resorts I’ve been to, the Wymara is by far the best. If you want impeccable service, great food and drinks and ultimate relaxation, this is the place to stay! The location is great, it’s a short taxi ride to the airport and Grace’s Bay to visit other resorts and shops. The beach was perfect. It’s not too crowded and I never had issues getting a beach chair in the morning. I honestly don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Turks and Caicos.

    Unmatched Service

    The resort is easily the most beautiful on Grace Bay, at least from what we could tell during our daily walks. The food was spectacular and the rooms were gorgeous and clean. However, nothing could match the service. Starting with Issac at the front desk, to Jackson running the catamaran and having our beach chairs ready for us each morning, we truly felt at home. When dining on the property, Wendy was as fantastic of a waitress as one can imagine. And when it rained (poured) for a brief period, Gene ran to our beach chairs to grab our bags before we even realized we had left the bags there! The service truly puts this place over the top. This will easily be our destination in the Caribbean going forward. And they have the top-notch service to thank for that!

    Best resort in the Caribbean!

    Loved it so much, from beginning to end!! On arrival we got an unexpected room upgrade. Instead of a garden room we were handed the key of a one bedroom frontal sea view suite. Check in is not waiting in line at the desk, but you are guided to a beautiful sitting area where you can enjoy your choice of drink while checking in! Very luxurious! Room was extremely clean and comfortable (pillow menu for example). Housekeeping did a great job, when I didn’t wear my glasses, she left me a cleaning cloth for glasses next to my glasses, very thoughtful! Staff very nice, fun and friendly. They even remembered our names and favorite drinks and food. Pool guys are very helpful and friendly as are the people working at the Pink Bar. Especially Kara and Rex. I still regret not bringing my son to the resort to meet in person with Kara :) We had one major problem, which we discovered too late: because it is a cashless property, we didn’t use our wallet. Every time we went to the beach/pool/excursion, we took our wallet with us, except one time on the last full day of our stay. After arriving at the airport to get back to The Netherlands, my husband needed to pay the taxi in cash. That’s when we saw that there were $400 missing… from the 5 100$ bills, there was only 1 left… My husband will call the hotel about this to discuss further actions. It was a big let down for a perfect stay

    Wonderful place and excellent service!

    To the Management at Wymara Resorts Tony and I received outstanding customer service from your staff at your recent stay at your resort! We wanted you to know how outstanding they were! • Yvette and Guilene took care of our room including some extra care for me not feeling so well. • Arienne in the Concierge answered so many questions for us and helped us enjoy the places, (cab, shopping, etc.) we wanted to go to. • Janette in the Boutique was very helpful and customer oriented. • Evangelista – checked on us nightly and ensured we had everything we needed. • Indigo - The Red Snapper and Lamb were the best dinners we had in Turks. Pink Bar Restaurant - The shrimp and lobster pizza were super delicious! If the above people are any indication of the type of outstanding services others in your hotel and resort offer, then you are a very blessed organization with very talented customer service-oriented staff and highly skilled employees.
