Amazing vacation, second year as members and we just love it! Couldn't be happier with the staff and service! Some of our favorites: Ulysses (beach side), Enrique (divinci), Julio (lounge)... Jose, Marti and Dylan, at the lounge, were always friendly and prompt and made fantastic drinks! Great espresso martini! Julio was our favorite server there... Bubbly, made us laugh and very friendly! Elvia, at the coffee bar, was our first smiling face each morning! La Palarma... Effron went above and beyond, when we requested items that were "unavailable", he found them for us! Very friendly! Pina Colada... Lauzouri was a fantastic server. Got to talk to her, personally, and learned about her family. Luna and Diego were also very friendly and helpful! At Divinci, we were lucky to have Enrique a few times... Just love him... He even found a way to get a few of our friends a dessert that was only offered at a different restaurant. Lots of laughs! Ulysses was our server down in the members area of the beach. He was so attentive, and performed a lot of tasks that were way above and beyond! We were very happy to see his smiling face at 10am! Sushi Bar... This was our spot for lunch every day! Caesar was attentive, personable and we loved hanging out there! Let's not forget Mikey and Antonio who worked tirelessly making all those sushi rolls for us. It was always packed, so we'd go a half hour early and talk to the guys while they prepped! Thank you! Thank you for an amazing vacation! ❤️ The resort is clean, beach is gorgeous and our junior suite was beautiful and larger than we could use. Until next year!!!!

Hansell is the best
We are so pleased with Hansell’s service. He was very quick to help us, served us with a smile on his face and always took amazing care of us. Hansell was very kind and was always willing to accommodate our needs. Can’t thank him enough for making our trip so enjoyable. 20/10 por Hansell!

Great beach service, every drink we asked for was delivered to our beach chair quickly with kind words and a smile! We appreciate you Ulises. Made our trip enjoyable and memorable! We will definitely return. Already looking for to our next trip to Wyndahm Grand Cancun

WG Made Our Honeymoon Special
We spent our honeymoon at the Wyndham Grand and we had a fantastic time. We stayed with them for 2 weeks. The food options were great, we managed to try everything and never got bored of the food. Bars were great, eco-friendly (so bring your own reusable straws). Staff were very friendly and engaging, nothing was too much of an ask. The pools are big, the jacuzzis are the best. The bar on the beach with the jacuzzi was amazing. The bartenders were all fantastic. Antonio is brilliant, super friendly and nice, even when he's busy. He really looked after us! Special shout out to the Entertainment team led by the wonderful Luis! We didn't leave the hotel much so we really appreciated all the games, shows, fun little things that they had planned. From beach volley ball, water aerobics, push-up challenges, Kahoot in the hotel lobby, etc. They really tried their best to entertain us. One grey and rainy day they even put on a irish whiskey showcase and made us warm drinks to cheer us up. Also, we I booked a birthday package for my wife for the room and the surprise went down really well. On schedule and looked really nice. Lastly, we booked all our tours and excursions through the lovely Joe Huh. He helped us find exactly what we wanted, made sure all the travel was booked and we had our tickets. Gave us his number too so we could reach out if we had any issues. We wanted to say thank you to everyone at the Wyndham Grand. We had a lovely time and thank you for making our honeymoon, and first time to Mexico, a speical time. Love Hakan & Shirley.

Fantastic service with a smile
The food , service and view of the ocean was great. Popeye eggs were delicious I enjoyed the diving with an easy walk across the street. You need to turn the tennis court into a hard surface that would enable us pickleball players as well as tennis player to enjoy the wonderful court. If you do that you can be guaranteed all 8 of us will come back.
