There are three types of credits you may receive when you experience issues with your vacation: Travel Credit, Customer Care Credit and Air Credit. Before you start re-planning your vacation, take some time to review what options you have with each credit type and how they can be redeemed.
Keep in mind that your rebooked vacation does not have to be identical to the original reservation; you can pick a new destination or hotel. However, if you have an airline credit indicated in your credit notification, you may have to keep the same airline provider, depending on your original ticket types and original airline's policies.
