Q. Can you help me plan my wedding, or do you just book travel?
A. A Weddings by Funjet concierge can be your guide through the entire wedding process - depending on your needs. We work with couples on everything from choosing the right destination and hotel and booking their travel all the way through determining the details of the wedding itself and planning excursions for guests in destinations. Your concierge can help you determine what level of service you need, but the short answer is YES - we can help you with more than just travel.

Q. Why would I choose to book through Weddings by Funjet vs. booking on my own?
A. Every group's needs are unique and that's why a Weddings by Funjet concierge is your advocate through every step of the process. From helping to navigate through destination and hotel options, to leveraging our 40+ years of travel relationships, to being your advocate and adviser while planning a wedding in a foreign country, a Weddings by Funjet concierge provides expertise and a team that you can't get booking on your own.

Q. Do we get group discounts by booking through Weddings by Funjet?
A. Absolutely! Each partner has different discounts and amenities, but your Weddings by Funjet concierge will help negotiate the best possible group deal.

Q. Can I make a payment on my reservation?
A. Your personal Accommodations Specialist assigned to your group will send you a guide on how to access your reservation and apply payment online. If you experience any issues, or have questions submitting your payment, contact your Accommodations Specialist for assistance.

Q. I need to apply for/renew my passport, can Weddings by Funjet assist me?
A. Follow the link below to be directed to U.S Passports and International Travel website ran by the U.S Department of State where you will find all forms and information in regards to fees and processing times. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

Q. My passport is going to expire within a few months of travel. As long as it’s valid when I travel I will be fine, right?
A. Follow the link below to review the entry and exit requirements for the country you are traveling to in order to avoid possible trip interruption at the airport. Some countries have blank page requirements and minimum passport validity periods in order to allow you to enter the country. https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/country.html

Q. I booked my reservation but need to make changes, what do I do?
A. Changes to your reservations can include travel date changes, number of passengers, a name change or correction, or change to the room category. Contact your Accommodations Specialist directly to assist you with making any of these changes.

Q. When I first booked my reservation I wasn't thinking about any excursions but I am interested in adding them now, what do I do?
A. Contact your Accommodations Specialist to learn more about the excursions we offer in the particular destination you are planning your trip. The Weddings by Funjet team has the ability to help you narrow down the best excursion for your trip, and even advise on which excursions the rest of the wedding group has already booked.

Q. I only booked my hotel room but now I need assistance booking my air, what do I do?
A. Your Accommodations Specialist can assist you with adding air to your reservation at any time after you have completed your initial booking. We can go over the different air options with you, if you do not already have a preferred itinerary. We will need your preferred flight itinerary, your names as they appear on your passport and your date of birth. Please be aware that some airlines may require the air to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Q. I declined your All-In-One Travel Protection when I originally booked but I changed my mind and want to add it, what do I do?
A. If you booked a hotel only reservation or a reservation with our charter air product, we can add the All-In-One Travel Protection to your reservation at any time up until the reservation’s final payment due date. If you booked scheduled air, you will only be able to add the protection up to 7 days after you initially booked the reservation. Please contact your Accommodations Specialist if you would like to add this to your reservation.

Q. What happens when I pay my reservation off?
A. When your reservation is paid in full, you will receive a set of detailed travel documents. You will want to review them as they will contain important information about your travel. These documents include: hotel details, room category, flight itinerary, flight check-in information, flight confirmation numbers, how to locate booked transportation at the airport, information about travel protection if purchased, and emergency numbers if you need assistance during travel.

Q. I booked transfers on my reservation, how do I know they will be arranged?
A. If you booked your flight on your Weddings by Funjet reservation, your Accommodations Specialist will be able to arrange your transfers from this information. If you booked your air on your own, forward your air itinerary to your Accommodations Specialist to arrange your transfers accordingly. If you do not automatically forward your flight information we will reach out to you prior to travel to collect this information. If you have any questions about transportation, please contact your Accommodations Specialist.
