I toured the greenhouse and talked with Julio about all the fruits and vegetables they grow right on the grounds of the El Dorado Royale, by Karisma. They use these tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, papayas and more in all of the Gourmet Inclusive® cuisine that you enjoy at all of the Karisma Resorts. You really can taste the difference because everything is so fresh. This is one of my favorite aspects of the El Dorado Spa Resorts, because I am very particular about the quality of the food that I eat. Here, just ordering a simple salad becomes an adventure for my taste buds, because even the dressings and sauces are made from scratch. I recommend trying the curried eggs at Kampai for breakfast! It truly is homemade cooking at its finest, and I love that you can see the freshness of each ingredient on your plate. Plus, the staff is so accommodating, they are happy to add or subtract ingredients and cater to any diet, including gluten-free.
